Something that makes you feel good. There’s no dress code, but we recommend arriving in your outfit since our time together is limited.

What to bring?

Good Vibes + we encourage you to have a few reference photos or ideas on hand before your session. It helps us get a feel for your vision and keeps things flowing so we can make the most of our time together.

What does my session include?

For $250, you'll get a 20-minute portrait session, one outfit, and three professionally retouched images. Short, sweet, and all about you.

I've never done a photoshoot. Is that okay?

Even better. You don't need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands. We'll guide you through the whole thing.

Can I bring props or accessories?

Absolutely. Anything that adds a little personality is welcome.

Where are sessions held?

Our sessions are currently hosted at our studio in Santa Monica, Los Angeles. You'll receive the exact address and parking instructions in your confirmation email.

Should I arrive early?

We recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment. Sessions run on a tight schedule, so arriving on time helps us give you the full experience.

Can I change outfits?

Each session is designed around one look. If you want a little variety, layers and accessories are a great way to switch things up without a full outfit change.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course. You're welcome to bring someone along for moral support, but each session is for one person.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens. We get it. Please give us a 48hr notice for full refund.

How do I choose my photos?

We'll walk you through the images after your session so you can choose your three favorites for retouching.

Will my photos be retouched?

Yes. Each selected image receives professional retouching while keeping you looking like, well, you. We're not here to turn you into someone else.

Can I purchase additional photos?

If three just aren't enough, ask us about purchasing additional images.

When will I receive my photos?

Your finished portraits will be delivered digitally after your session. We'll confirm the delivery timeline when you book, but it takes a week.

Can I use my photos for commercial or branded purposes?

Not quite. Not A Headshot is designed for personal portraits, not commercial campaigns or branded content. You're welcome to use your photos for personal websites, social media, and professional profiles, but any commercial or advertising use requires separate permission and licensing.
